  Worst McDonald's I've been to. Rude service and team member refused to give me my food until I surrendered my receipt and when i asked if I could have some kind of duplicate receipt or proof of purchase she said no that's their procedure. I'm pretty sure that's illegal and I'm entitled to a receipt under the Australian consumer law

  Bouquets to Cheryl. Last Tuesday we visited your restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the customer service given to us by Cheryl. It is years since we have received such pleasant and competent service from a Maccas store. She really seemed as if she was happy to be there,and nothing was too much trouble. Perhaps she should be a crew trainer and train a few of your younger members about courtesy and service
